RunCore solely offers United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping for both domestic and international purchases. RunCore is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may occur during international shipments.

Returns Policy

RunCoreStore.com guarantees all products to arrive to the customer in working order and in compliance with manufacturer specifications. Any product delivered to the customer not meeting the aforementioned criteria are eligible for replacement, no questions asked, up to 30 days after the item was received. In the case that a product stops functioning after 30 days from receiving it, any warranties will need to be taken up with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not have a branch in the US, we will make an exception to this rule and we will accept the return.

Terms of Returns

All returns must be approved by a RunCoreStore.com employee and a Return Merchandise Authorization replacement.

Manufacturer First Policy

In the circumstance that a product in your order with RunCoreStore.com does not function properly within the first Number (RMA#) will be issued. This must be accomplished via telephone with one of our representatives. All packages must display the corresponding RMA# on the outside in plain sight. All shipping to get the package back to RunCoreStore.com will be at the customer's expense. RunCoreStore.com will cover the expenses to get the product back to the customer.

Upon receiving the product RunCoreStore.com's tech support department will verify the products defects and coordinate a replacement with the shipping department (All products will undergo testing by our technical staff before replacements are approved.). The product will then be returned via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail. (Unless other arrangements have been made between customer and a RunCoreStore.com employee.

RunCoreStore.com will replace the product with the same exact product. If an upgrade of the current product is requested by the customer, the customer will need to make up the price difference between the present value of the product they are returning and the present value of the product they are upgrading to. Meaning if you purchase a product for $80, 6 months ago, and that product is now $40, and you wish to upgrade to a new product that is worth $80, you owe $40.

RunCoreStore.com attempts to provide all compatibility information for it's products. However it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure that a certain device will function properly with their equipment. RunCoreStore.com invites its customers to inquire about compatibility through email or over the phone. (The questions will be answered to the best of our ability.)

Refunds

In the rare circumstance that a product cannot be replaced, RunCoreStore.com can issue a refund for the price of the product. This refund can only be issued if RunCoreStore.com cannot replace the product with the exact product, or one of equal price and specification.

If a customer does not desire a replacement, they can return the defective product for a refund of the product's purchase price, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Open item returns for a refund will incur a mandatory 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

Canceling an order must be done over the phone with a RunCore representative.

If the order is canceled after it has already been shipped, the customer must refuse the package upon delivery. Upon the order returning to us, a refund will be issued. All costs My Digital Discount incurs in shipping and returning the order will be subtracted from the total amount refunded to the customers account.

Fraud Protection for International Orders

For international customers paying with a credit card issued to them outside of the United States, our software may not be able to correctly verify the billing address.

In the event where we can not verify this information you will receive an email requesting additional credit card information.

In this email you may be asked to provide a copy of the front and back of your credit card via email or fax. Please block out the middle eight digits, CSC code, and Signature on the back for your protection. All we need is to see that you are in fact the cardholder and the name you placed the order with appears on the card itself.

International customers are urged to please check with their respective country's customs department to be forewarned about any customs fees or brokerage taxes before placing an order with RunCoreStore.com.
